Health & Hygiene Protocol
Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations, all hair extensions, wigs, and accessories must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Custom Orders & Wig Revamps
Please note that all Custom Wigs and Wig Revamp Services are final sale. Because these items are tailored specifically to your measurements and requests, they cannot be restocked or resold.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@lachriss.com to initiate a return.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product proving it is unaltered and the lace is uncut.
- Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
