How we get your crown to you safely and securely.

1. Processing Times

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing of our ready-to-ship wigs and bundles. For Custom Wigs and Revamp Services, please allow up to 14 business days for processing and customization before your item ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150. Delivery times vary by location, but typically range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders via USPS or UPS.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page to see real-time updates.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lachriss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows that the package has been delivered. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
